St Oswald's Hospital is an ancient foundation of almshouses and chapel (current buildings c19th).
Our visit's schedule will be:
- (optional) 12.30pm Bring-your-own picnic lunch in grounds (or, in case of wet weather, in the common room)
- 1.30pm Meet in the chapel, for introductory talk and tour
- 3.00pm Eucharist, followed by refreshments
On site parking is very limited, but we will try to reserve one or two spaces for those with special mobility needs. The nearest public car park is 5mins walk away at WR1 1DF, accessible from both Sansome Walk and Taylor's Lane; Foregate Street rail station is equally nearby.
